Design your own house

Draw the floor plan of your house, see it in 3D straight away, and walk through it on film. Drawing costs nothing and needs no account.

Works best on a laptop or desktop. New, and still very much in development.

Draw the floor plan

Rooms, floors, doors and windows, a roof, a garden with a terrace and a pool. All to real sizes, in centimetres.

See it in 3D straight away

The 3D view follows what you draw live. Turn around it, look inside, and see how many square metres your house has.

Walk through it

Choose a room and follow the route to it. Per step you can have an image made, and of the whole route a forty-second film.

Or start with a house that already exists

Ten houses to open and adapt. Handier than an empty field if you want to see what is possible: each shows something different of the drawing board.

What it costs

Drawing, the 3D view and the measurements are free, with no account and no limit. You only pay when you have an image made of it.

  • An AI image of your design is free, with a daily limit per visitor; no account needed.
  • Having a house designed from a sentence you type is free too, with the same daily limit.
  • The film of your tour costs €14.95. That is the only separate purchase, and you see the price before you start it.

Where does your design stay?

How the house designer works

A free drawing board for a whole house: draw the floor plan per storey and see it in 3D at once, with roof, facade, garden and pool at real measurements, then walk through it as a film. No account, no limit; the design stays in your own browser.

  1. Start with an empty plot or open one of the example houses, from tiny house to villa with pool.
  2. Draw rooms as rectangles, add storeys, doors, windows and stairs, choose roof and facade materials, dig, and place a pool, paths, terrace and garden objects; every change shows in 3D straight away.
  3. Pick a room and follow the route to it: per step you can have an AI image made (free, with a daily limit), and of the whole route a forty-second film, the only paid item, priced before you start.
  4. Optionally sign in to save several designs under a name and continue on another device, or share a design with others.

What you enter: Rooms, storeys, openings, roof, garden and objects you draw; optionally one sentence describing the house you want, or a photo of your existing house. What you get: A floor plan and a 3D model with measurements and checks against new-build norms, AI images of the viewpoints you choose, and a film of the walk-through. Everything stays on your device unless you press render, share or save.
