An account does two things: it holds your Renovation Pack, so paid checks survive any browser or device, and it keeps the estimates and impressions you choose to save. Nothing is saved unless you press save. Email and password only; no newsletter, ever.

The Renovation Pack is a one-off purchase (no subscription) of five AI quote checks with no expiry date. Payment runs through Stripe; this site never sees your card details. By buying you ask us to make the credit available immediately; used checks cannot be refunded, and for anything else mail info@verbouwstart.nl within 14 days and we sort it out. Your email address is used for signing in and password recovery, nothing else. Deleting your account removes it permanently and forfeits remaining credit.
Saving is optional and always a button you press yourself: an estimate keeps the figures you entered and the range, an impression keeps the result image. Only you can read them, you can delete each one here, and deleting your account deletes them with it. What that means in detail is in the privacy statement.
